Delivery Policy

  • Delivery takes place while stocks last.
  • Delivery takes place at Boxha México café unless the parties have agreed upon otherwise.
  • Delivery of products ordered online takes place at the address indicated by the customer. If the agreed price is not paid on time, Boxha México café has the right to suspend its obligations until the agreed price is fully paid.
  • In the event of late payment, the customer is automatically in default, and hereby he cannot object to late delivery by Boxha México café.
  • Any delivery period specified by Boxha México café is indicative and does not give the customer the right to dissolution or compensation if this period is not met with, unless the parties have expressly agreed otherwise in writing.
  • The delivery period starts after the customer has signed the agreement to Boxha México café and is confirmed in writing or electronically by Boxha México café to the customer.
  • Exceeding the specified delivery period does not entitle the customer to compensation or the right to terminate the contract, unless Boxha México café cannot deliver within 14 days after the customer has urged him to do so in writing or if the parties have agreed upon otherwise.
  • The customer must ensure that the actual delivery of the products ordered by him can take place in time.
  • If the package of a delivered product is opened or damaged, the customer must have a note drawn up by the forwarder or delivery person before receiving the product. In the absence of which Boxha México café may not be held liable for any damage.
  • If the customer himself takes care of the transport of a product, he must report any visible damage to products or the packaging prior to the transport to Boxha México café, failing which Boxha México café cannot be held liable for any damage.
  • Products are delivered via a standard courier company in the Netherland. Namely, DHL.

 

Delivery period

  • The estimated/expected delivery time is 2 – 3 working days.

 

Delivery costs

  • Shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the parties have agreed upon otherwise.
  • Shipping costs are calculated and included in the price of the product. All shipping is calculated at checkout.

 

Return & Exchange Policy

  • Customers within the European Union have the right by law to a ‘cooling off period’ within 14 working days of their purchase being delivered.
  • If the costumer decided to return a non-perishable item to Boxha México café during cooling Off period, he/she be entitled to a refund of the cost of the item and the delivery charge, but not the return charge.
  • The ‘cooling off period’ does not apply to products that are custom made, personalised (i.e. Specific blend, specific type of roasted coffee ) or perishables.
  • If the costumer, however, is returning an item because it is damaged, faulty or in any way defective, Boxha México café will refund the delivery and return fee upon receipt of the goods.
